About five years ago, I would have said ketchup, but now I don't put anything on meatloaf. I like it plain, to taste the meat. But then again, I have a really good recipe.

I'm with Heidi. My meatloaf recipe kicks ass. It's tasty and moist and doesn't need a topping. I serve with mashed potatoes and usually sauteed corn with onions and garlic. And, meatloaf sandwiches the next day are THE BOMB.
